What an incredible event the school concert was! I was amazed by the students and how comfortable and willing they were to present to such a large audience. Our main cast: Yolande, Elena, James, Willow, Zoe, Ilka, Link, Pepper, Tex, April, Xavier, Harvey, Alice, Ruby & Lillian need to be commended once again for being the stars of the show and for all the additional hours they have put in in preparation. The staff could not be any prouder of how the students engaged in the lead up and performed on the night and being able to share it with you all. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. It is great to see such strong community engagement in the event, thanks again for your support.

I would like to take a moment to thank the incredible staff at Port PS for being so passionate and supportive of this event. Many hours of preparation, rehearsals and dance practice have occurred in the lead up to the show- it certainly would not be possible without them! It was amazing to see how the staff embraced the staff dance and were willing to get out of their comfort zones to be a part of the show. I would like to personally acknowledge Sarah Evans for leading the staff through this journey. Dancing certainly isn’t a strength area of mine (as was on display) but it is all worth it for the students to see the staff joining in.
